Xian Terra Cotta Warriors - March 22

Today we visited the Terra Cotta Warriors. It is a short drive from Xian. It is large area with the display in 3 seperate buildings. There was a video with story about the history but you have to stand through it and I could not stand for that long.

It is amazing how these soldiers were found, each one is different, that they almost all were broken and had to be put back together and that not all of them have been dug up.

With this one you can sort of get a feel for all the pieces and the process of putting them back together.

This is the only one that they have found so far that was in almost perfect condition.
